Description
This curriculum book explores a series of expressions of thankfulness that are relevant for 4 – 11 year olds. The units focus on how faith communities express the value of thankfulness through gratitude and appreciation to God and how that affects the way people choose to live their lives and mark significant events. Opportunities for learning about and from Jewish blessings, Christian, Muslim and Jewish birth ceremonies, generosity, harvest and remembrance are provided through excellent stimulus materials, using skills such as interpretation and judgement.
