Description
Few would dispute the seriousness of the environmental issues which face the planet at the beginning of the 21st century. The need to educate young people into a real and empowering understanding of the nature of the issues, and what can be done to address them, is reflected in many syllabuses, specifications and frameworks, including religious education.
The activities are suitable for those in the 11-16 age -range and are relevant to aspects of many of the RE courses pupils will be following, as well as providing opportunities for spiritual development.
